1)Critical defects: A defect which experience and judgment indicates is likely to result in a hazard or injurious situation to the user or makes the product subject to governmental seizure.
2)Major defects: Any units having a nonconformity other than critical is likely to result in failure or to reduce materially the usability of the unit for its intend purpose, or any unit having an aesthetics nonconformity which effect the sale ability of the products, or as per applicate’ requirement.
3)Minor defects: Any unit having a nonconformity that not likely to reduce the usability of the unit for its intended purpose, or is departure form established standards having little bearing on the defective use of the products.
